Return & Refund Policy

Because all our products are made to order through a print-on-demand service, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost to you. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery, including photos of the issue and your order number.

To request a replacement:

Email us at hughabstracts@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and the problem

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement as soon as possible.

We cannot offer returns or replacements for:

  • Incorrect sizing choices (please check the size guide carefully before ordering)
  • Minor colour differences due to screen variations
  • Late deliveries caused by carrier delays
